Hallowed Hops Farm was established in 2014 to bring hops cultivation to Illinois. We have hop harvesting, drying, nitrogen purged processing / packaging and cold storage all on the farm.
Our cultivars include Mackinac, Chinook, Cascade, and Crystal hops.

Why Choose Us
Initially we set out to grow hops for breweries in Illinois to fulfill local demand. Most hops come from over 1,600 miles away. There are only a few acres cultivated in Illinois, and several others across the Midwest. We're the local choice!
Quality
We focus on cultivating the finest hops with sustainable practices, ensuring exceptional quality and flavor that brewers can depend on for their craft. Hops are harvested at their peak of aroma and dried below 110° F. The hops are then hammer milled and pelleted in a nitrogen purged environment. Then packaged and freezer stored to keep those aromas safe.
